PCJ All Thing Clear

I tried to upload this one to the PCJ website, but I guess the file was too large. I was going to remove it from my blogspot, but I really like this card and decided to leave it here to share with any visitors who pop by to visit.
This was one for my DBH for our anniversary. I drew a cartoon type lady freehand onto a piece of paper and then traced over it directly onto acetate, coloured in using Sakura pens. The wording "I love you this much" was printed from word and then traced over onto the acetate too. The card was a standard aperture card, and I made some backing paper for behind the acetate, using different coloured inks (it has the date of our wedding and Happy Anniversary Gordon).
I punched two hearts from red card, made a couple of springs and assembled the lot to look as the pictures show, with the heart springing out. It's a bit of an "in joke" from our early courting days, when asked "how much do you love me?" we would respond to each other with a wave of the hand to indicate a "whoosh" around the world and back - I think there was some kind of advertisement around at the time that used a similar visualisation. (As the saying goes "you had to be there").
